Getting healthy

Getting healthy

“Oh no, not another woman complaining about her shape!”

Yeah, I know, it’s really boring. And I also know I look fabulous just the way I am. But I am overweight, and it’s time to do something about it – for my health! And yes, because it would be nice to fit in the clothes I had three years ago. πŸ˜‰

So two weeks ago I started a 100-day challenge for myself, with tiny tasks to do every day, and a chart to keep track of my progress.

Now, if you’re not interested in my weight, shape, exercise and eating habits – pretend these pages are about something else. Maybe different dog sports or exercises with your dog? That way you can still use something from this post, I hope.

I really like how this turns out! Easy to get an overview, and see what works and what needs to change. I have definitely taken the “easy way out” with an extra long walk, maybe it’s time to date myself two times a week and go for a run? And I keep forgetting that 7-minutes app, maybe a reminder on my phone does the trick? It’s also extremely clear that I need to get more purple days – snacks and candy are the main reasons nothing happens in the next picture:

As you can see: I’ve actually gained weight in these two weeks. I like to eat unhealthy things! I need to think about how I can make a change.

Update in two weeks!
